Assignment: Coldwell Banker wanted a campaign to show their experience in marketing luxury properties.
Using an entertaining story to capture reader interest and weaving into it examples of how Coldwell uses their expertise to deliver
top dollar returns for their clients made this campaign a success. It ran for two years.

Assignment: The Sedona Art Festival asked for a campaign that showcased the one thing that set them apart from all other art festivals.
Their festival was held in one of the most beautiful places on earth. We invited readers to come for the art and stay for the natural beauty.

Assignment: Create an ad series that was both attention getting and customer getting.
One doctor actually came to the La Jolla dealership where the ad run and said that he had wanted a Rolls Royce for years
and that our ad persuaded him to get one because he had worked his way through medical school, work 24 hour days as an intern
to finally get to this place in his life. ...And he wanted a RED car.
